Water quality can make a noticeable difference in the taste of your coffee, and many factors can affect the quality of your office water. Your office can add a water filtration solution that best fits the needs of your office. The simplest choice is a filter that connects directly to the ¼ inch water line using quick connect fittings.

You can make a one time coffee purchase or upgrade your membership through our members-only portal here. Depending on your needs, we can provide you with coffee to get you through to your next shipment, or we can adjust your subscription to make sure you have enough every month.
Most milks can be used, but our members have found that half-and-half creates the richest cappuccino foam.
If something seems broken, then please enter the members-only portal and fill out our repair form. We can also provide resources or a video conference call (Skype or Facetime) for quick fixes to get you up and running fast. For bigger problems, we ship you a new machine in about 3 business days. We provide you a label to ship the broken machine to us for repair.
